Two specialists. One group.

Terraza Group brings together two Melbourne tradesmen with more than ten years of experience each side of the job.

John is our demolition, excavation and civil works specialist. Site cuts, rock breaking, drainage and preparing the ground right are his world.

Antonio leads construction, paving, landscaping and maintenance. He built Antonio Primescape Construction (70+ Google reviews) and Prime Property Maintenance (5.0★ on Google) one job at a time across Melbourne's south-east.

Together they cover a project from the first excavator bucket to the final seal, and keep looking after it afterwards. Based in Notting Hill, with daily crews within 20 km and commercial packages across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Are you registered and insured?

Yes. We carry $20M Public Liability insurance, and certificates come with every quote. Where a job needs a registered building practitioner or a licensed plumber or electrician, we arrange it before work starts.

Do you do excavation and civil works?

Yes: site cuts, bulk excavation, trenching, stormwater drainage, grading and sub-base. We lodge a Before You Dig Australia enquiry and locate services before any machine breaks ground.

How fast is a quote?

We visit within a few business days and send a written, itemised fixed-price quote within 48 hours of the site visit.

Can you manage a whole project?

Yes. Demolition, excavation, drainage, concrete, carpentry, paving and landscaping under one project manager, one schedule and one contract.

Do you subcontract to builders?

Yes. We work for builders, developers, pool companies and facility managers on fixed rates. Ask for our capability statement.

What about domestic contracts over $20,000?

For domestic building contracts over $20,000 we provide the contract documentation and warranty cover required under Victoria's Home Warranty scheme from 1 July 2026.
